課程概述

To complement “Seismic Stratigraphy”, the course provides exercises for interpretation of seismic reflection data, including.
1.Varieties of seismic reflection data
2.Geometry of reflection surfaces
3.Structural analysis
4.Contact relations between reflection surfaces
5.Sequence analysis
6.Facies interpretation
7.Basin analysis
8.Character analysis
9.Case studies in engineering geology
10.Case studies in resource exploration
11.Case studies of 3-D seismics 

課程目標
 Through this course the students can obtain hand-on experience in seismic interpretation and basin analysis.
